When you buy our handcrafted, uniquely designed items, 100% of the profit from every sale goes to 501(c)(3) non-profit K9 rescue groups and organizations. (Groups that have received support are listed in the FAQ/Contact section).

PAYMENT -
We accept PayPal and major credit cards through PayPal. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to use their service and pay by credit card. We do not accept checks or money orders, sorry!

SHIPPING is FREE to the lower 48 states, AK, and HI. We ship all items usually within 2-5 business days (DOGS ON BOARD Tube-Bundles may take longer because of the mix-and-match. If you need a Tube-Bundle shipped out quickly, please contact us to check on availability BEFORE ordering).

We ship all items through the USPS or UPS. Shipping to the lower 48 states, AK, and HI only. No shipping to APO/FPO's, no International shipping, and no local pickup. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages; for these issues please contact the carrier directly.

RETURNS -
We have tried to accurately represent our products but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchases, please contact us within 15 days of delivery of the item to discuss any problems. We will accept returns within 30 days but they must be in new condition and we will not pay return shipping costs.
